How credits work
Every generation in Kureita, an image, a video clip, a voiceover, an edit, costs a small number of credits. Heavier models cost more credits than lighter ones, so you are always in control of your spend at the scene level.
You can see the estimated credit cost of a full workflow before you hit Run. Nothing bills until generation completes.

Top up in any amount from the Billing page inside app.kureita.com. Credits land in your account instantly and are available on every project in the workspace.
Credits never expire*
Unlike most AI subscriptions, your credits do not evaporate at the end of the month. Buy a stack when you need to ship a campaign, leave the remainder sitting, and come back to them next quarter. They will still be there.

Refund policy
Bought credits are non-refundable. Once credits are added to your account, we cannot return them to your original payment method. Please buy what you expect to use. If you are not sure where to start, top up a small amount first, run a few generations, and scale from there.
Terms and conditions
The "credits never expire" promise is subject to the following:
- Active account. Credits are tied to your Kureita account. If the account is closed, deleted, or terminated for breach of our terms of service, the credit balance is forfeited.
- Dormancy. Accounts with no sign-in activity for 24 consecutive months may be flagged dormant. We will email the address on file before any balance is affected.
- Workspace transfers. Credits belong to the workspace they were purchased in. Moving between workspaces may require a manual transfer, which we are happy to process on request.
- Pricing changes. The credit price of an individual model may change if our upstream providers change their rates. Your existing balance is unaffected, only the cost of future generations.
- Fraud and abuse. Credits obtained through chargebacks, fraud, or violation of our terms of service can be revoked.
